Terry, the owner, was extremely professional. He showed up on time and finished the job at the time he had indicated before. It was easy to reach him via email and he replied right away, and booked us instantly. He also accommodated our baby's schedule by starting the carpet cleaning upstairs and drying the rooms that we use the most. A couple of paint stains were also successfully removed. The furniture was put back to its original position, no mess left at all. The smell has been refreshing for days, and the carpet looks new and fluffy. Having 3 young children its hard to stop them from tracking dirt into the house, spilling food and drawing lovely pictures with vivid all over the carpet. When placing our home on the market they told us to replace our carpet or we wouldn't get the price we were looking for. We are extremely pleased with the high standard to which Terry cleaned our carpet. The carpet was matt and looked grey, but now it is soft and fluffy with a nice sheen to it. He took the time to explain techniques on the after-care, and completed the job on schedule. We found this to be a very professional service, and will definitely use Terry again next year.
